We are a grass roots Community Development Corporation, operated and managed by residents primarily from the community we serve. Our Board includes 80% representation by community members. We aspire to support locally owned, managed and operated businesses that support a wide range of community services that meet local needs such as education, job training, healthcare, commercial development, and other social programs. Working collaboratively with public and private partners, we will manage development activities to provide a diversity of housing options in an environmentally sustainable community with interesting and engaging opportunities for residents across the full lifecycle.
