Our works
Provide high quality technical resources to
encourage economic development in ways that respect the community heritage,
prepare for future ways of living and provides financial resources for public
use in the community. Specific services include construction and renovation
support, code enforcement and monitoring, business incubator and advisory
services, liaison with city services. One of our highest measures of success is
the number of times a dollar turns over in the community before leaving for a
service or product with no connection back to the community.
Projects planned for 2023
Single Family Residential New Construction
Currently underway in partnership with Bethel Ensley Action Task Inc (BEAT), City of Birmingham and private investment, three new homes are under construction with expected completion in the summer of 2023.
